UNDER 9 - UNDER 11 - UNDER 17 BLITZES

A very successful blitz for Under 9's and Under 11's took place at Little Island Community Hall recently. The Under 9 competition featured teams from Ballinhassig/Kinsale, Lakewood, Buttevant and Richmond while the Under 11 competition had sides from Ballinhassig, Buttevant, Lakewood, Midleton, Kinsale, Ballincollig andGlounthaune. Each team played 3 pool games.

There was great fun and a great attendance for both competitions and we look forward to the next stage of the blitzes in a couple of weeks time. Many thanks to our two refs, Kevin and Orla.

We also had an Under 17 Blitz at C.I.T. facilities where teams from Wilton, Ballinhassig, Glounthaune, Lakewood and CIT played a round robin series. Lakewood emerged as eventual winners. Below are photographs from all three competitions.
