Once again, the bad weather put paid to most ties this weekend.
A couple of Under 16 games did go ahead on the Sunday.
Glounthaune United travelled to Kinsale and had a worthwhile 0 - 3 victory in the Premier Division. An Emer Gilroy was the only difference between the sides at the break but another Gilroy goal and one from Shauna Walsh gave the visitors all three points. Kasey Marnell, Shauna Dorgan and Niamh Smiddy all played well for the winners.
In Divison 1, Carrigaline United also were comfortable away winners at Ringmahon Rangers. Rachel Griffin hit 4 for United with Karen Cole getting 3. Despite the heavy defeat, Rangers can take some good points from their display. Laura Noone scored a good goal for them, Ciara Morrissey was excellent and Emilie Drummond, Chelsea Thomas and Emily Jordan also played well.
